Super cute and classic early 1990s plaid wool wrap skirt.

•Size = Small (tag 6, but refer to measurements)
•Length = 19.5″
•Waist *laying flat (high) = 13″ laying flat
•Hip = 18″ laying flat
•Fabric = Worsted Wool
•Brand = Rafaella

In good vintage condition, with an exception of one small notch in the fabric. A button on the inside (hidden) band was missing, so I replaced it with velcro.
